If you are already logged into the system and want to change your password:

1. Navigate to the User Control Panel (UCP) at the top right corner of the header of the site. 
2. Click on the Profile Tab. 
3. Click the link labled Edit Account Settings to view the edit form. 
4. Enter a new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields, then click Submit. 

If you don't remember your current password:

1. Navigate to the "Forgot Password" page. 
2. Enter your Username and Email Address in the fields provided and click submit. 
3. An email will be sent to the email address on file if the above values you entered match what's on record in our database. If not you will not receive an email. 

Create a ticket if you experience any issues with the above.
